Bi-Phase Make-Up Removal Lotion 

A highly effective formula that removes make-up from the eyes and lips gently, eliminating impurities and make-up residue, even make-up that is water resistant.

Within the product, there are two phases: one watery and the other oily.  The upper oily phase, rich in ultra fine oils effectvely removes waterproof make-up with little effort.  The lower water phase contains a mixture of emollients with excellent cleansing properties that hydrate and smooth, leaving the skin feeling fresh and clear.
