All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. Just send any UNOPENED item back to us within 21 days of ORDERING and we will gladly refund your money. We do not require a return authorisation. We recommend you use an insured carrier such as ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY. We cannot refund shipping charges. If your order was shipped free, a nominal shipping fee will be deducted from all returned or refused orders. We cannot accept returns past 21 days from the date of order.

Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase. Cheque refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt of returned items.

Credit Card refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of returned items.If you would prefer to exchange an item, rather than be refunded for it, please call us on 01784 259988

We believe that ordering online with Totally UK is completely safe. We are fully confident that any unauthorized person or company can not access credit card information entered on our site. All credit card payment details are directed straight through to the secure site at HSBC and therefore we keep no record of your credit card number, so each time you make a purchase you will have to re-enter the information. We feel it is by far the most secure method of handling credit card numbers.

Delivery

Your order will be despatched within 5 working days via City Link Courier Service who offer a next day delivery service. A signature will be required upon delivery. Should no-one be available to take delivery, a card will be left advising you of whom to contact to re-arrange delivery.All orders whatever the size of product or however many products you buy is only £3.95 and free if you spend over £50.
